Celebrate 125 Years of Catamount Pride!

This year, WVU Potomac State College marks 125 years of transforming lives. Join in celebrating this milestone in the history of the college by acquiring a poster for yourself, or as a gift for a family member or friend.

A student-led collaboration between WVU Morgantown and WVU Potomac State College brought the 125th Anniversary Commemorative Poster to life! Designed by seniors in the WVU Graphic Design capstone course and printed by the Graphic Design Club in the Morgantown letterpress studio, the poster connects PSC’s proud past with the creative energy of today’s students.

Guided by Professor Joe Galbreath — associate professor, head of WVU’s Graphic Design program, and director of the GramLee Collection — this project celebrates heritage through the art of traditional letterpress. His passion for vernacular design and hands-on processes shines through as students carried forward PSC’s story in print.

The winning design, voted on by faculty and staff during September's All-College Meeting, was presented on Saturday, October 4, during the Alumni Awards & Athletic Hall of Fame Reception held during Homecoming Weekend.
