Dear Fellow Alumni,
I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as your Alumni Association Board President. I would like to thank both the incoming and outgoing Board members and officers for all their hard work to revitalize our Alumni Association.
For most of us, Potomac State College was not just an academic experience, it was one of the best, most formative years of our lives. We made memories, friendships and relationships that last a lifetime. We consider everyone who successfully completed at least one class to be PSC alumni.
My vision is that the WVU PSC Alumni Association becomes your conduit, not only for continued ties to each other and the College, but also as a way to give back to our beloved alma mater through charitable giving, student and recent graduate outreach, and to build a sustainable, mutually beneficial organization for our alumni today as well as years to come. Some of our major goals for the upcoming year include:
- Increase membership on the WVU PSC Alumni Association Board
- More engagement with alumni through the WVU Potomac State College Alumni Association Facebook page.
- Provide opportunities to volunteer and give back to the College through our Alumni Association.
The current Alumni Association Board meets four times a year. Our meetings take place via Zoom. Our next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 24th, at 10 a.m. Eastern time. As it gets closer to the date, more information will be sent out and posted to the Facebook page.
