Shipper Library at WVU Potomac State College has been selected as one of 310 libraries to participate in round two of Libraries Transforming Communities: Accessible Small and Rural Communities, an American Library Association (ALA) initiative that provides community engagement and accessibility resources to small and rural libraries to help them better serve people with disabilities.

West Virginia University Vice Provost Paul Kreider, a seasoned administrator and innovative academic leader, has been named interim campus president of WVU Potomac State College, effective March 16. The appointment follows Keyser Campus President Chris Gilmer’s resignation, which he announced during a late January Faculty Assembly meeting. Gilmer will serve as campus president through March 15.
