with activity. The Theatre Department is proud to present Disney’s high-flying,
heart-thumping musical adventure –
Tarzan, based on the 1999 classic Disney cartoon with
music by Phil Collins.
Representing the West Virginia Division of Natural Resource’s Wildlife Diversity Program, Jim Fregonara, teaches that snakes aren’t slimy – they are cool! Kylee Timbrook with Hampshire High School Robotics gives it a try!
Anyone who loves jazz won’t want to miss this upcoming performance by Randy Scott, a professional musician, composer and record producer who performed for Presidents William Clinton and George W. Bush.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - As infection and hospitalization rates from COVID-19 decrease, West Virginia University will lift mask requirements for individuals across all campuses in indoor spaces, regardless of vaccination status, effective immediately. However, the University will continue to require masks in all classrooms, labs or any WVU System facility or building being used as a classroom.

Open auditions will be held for the annual “Keyser’s Got Talent” showcase on Tuesday, February 15 and Thursday, Feb. 17 at 6 p.m., in the Church-McKee Arts Center auditorium on the campus of West Virginia University Potomac State College. The competition will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m.
First-, second- and third-place cash prizes will be awarded in the amounts of $500, $300 and $200 respectively. Acts will be judged on originality and creativity, degree of difficulty, stage presence, audience response, and overall performance.
The Indie on Main, in conjunction with the English Department at West Virginia University Potomac State College, is calling for submissions for the "Write of Spring: No Fear Poetry Slam" on Sunday, March 20, from 3-5 p.m.
The poetry slam contest is open to PSC students, employees and the public. Submissions coming from Potomac State may be emailed to Professor James Morgart at james.morgart@mail.wvu.edu.
